World indoor 3,000m champion Caleb Ndiku is the subject of a recently released— and may I say, awesome— rap video called "Run Caleb Ndiku" and it's just as entertaining as you might imagine. The 23-year-old doesn't exactly rap in the video so much as play the hype man while Machakos Kyalo spouts off how great Ndiku is at running, but he does throw cash up in the air so there's that.

Watch the bomb video of the 3:49 miler that just elevated the swag of track and field to the millionth power. Monday no longer sucks.




Of course, Ndiku isn't the first elite distance runner to journey into the rap game.

2015 NCAA indoor 3k/5k champion and current Nike Oregon Project runner Eric "Ricky Rocksford" Jenkins dropped this one five years ago while he was still going to school at Northeastern. It's also incredible.
