Foot Locker Champion, Claudia Lane is gearing up for the CIF California State Championships this weekend where she will compete in the 3200m. Two weeks later, she will head to Seattle, Washington for a rematch against Brie Oakley in the 2 mile at the Brooks PR Invitational which will be LIVE on FloTrack June 17th!

Check out one of her workouts from earlier this spring before her Arcadia victory.

The Workout:
- Pace simulation 2x (3x400)
- 1 min recovery between reps
- 4 min recovery between sets

Goal Pace:
2 mile (75 sec), mile (72 sec), Sub-Mile (69 sec)
