Nick Willis drops a 50 at end of workout

Nick Willis, the 2008 Beijing silver medalist, steps to the track in the first round of the 1500 meters today. After coming of a major PR of 3:30 in Monaco, Willis reveals that it was no fluke. Willis ran the fastest 400 of his life at the end of a key workout which showed that he was further ahead in his training than he had ever been before. Nick will be in heat number 3 in today's opening round with thirteen others included Matt Centrowitz and Nixon Chepseba. (see more about the rounds here)
