The AAU Junior Olympics Track and Field meet continues for Day 2 on Sunday, July 30. The teams are headed back to Drake Stadium in Des Moines, Iowa for one of the most anticipated track and field competitions of the year. 

Since 1967 the very best youth athletes have gathered to compete in the ultimate performance of skill, strength, and speed. Many of the young athletes participating in the AAU Junior Olympics could move on to collegiate levels or even go pro.

The meet finishes on Saturday, Aug. 5th - until then the young athletes will have to give it all they've got to make it to the finals. 

Day 2 of the AAU Track and Field Jr Olympics features finals in the 80M hurdles, shot put, long jump and 800M dash.
