Finals Are in Sight At The AAU Junior Olympics: Here's the Day 7 Schedule
Day 7 of the AAU Track and Field Junior Olympics meet starts on Friday, Aug. 4 in Des Moines, Iowa. Here is the full schedule.
Things are heating up at the 2023 AAU Track and Field Junior Olympics as Aug. 4 features a day full of finals.
There will be 200m sprints, 400m meter sprints, and a whole lot of relays on top of the final field events.
It’s been an impressive meet so far with eight AAU Junior Olympic records already broken. From 2k steeplechases to 12-year-old sprinters, these youth athletes have brought their very best to this year's competition.

The final races are set to start early morning on Saturday, Aug 5. After a week full of high-intensity racing, the AAU Junior Olympics 2023 will conclude, and the athletes will continue training for next year.
