The AAU Junior Olympics 2024 track and field meet is in the home stretch, and there will be a lot of action on day seven.

Day 7 is full of national title runs, like the 400M dash in the age groups ranging from 13-18. The 200M dash will be crowning a champion as well. 

People can't forget about the field events, which are in full swing with 15 events on Day 7.
