The final days of the 2024 Paris Olympic Games are destined to have an exciting finish!

Today's finals include the men's and women's 4x100, the women's shot put, the women's 400, the men's triple jump, the conclusion of the women's heptathlon - the 800, the women's 10,000, and the men's 400H.

We'll be running a live-blog here:

3:45 p.m. EST: Men's 400H Final

Redemption for Rai Benjamin!

Three of the best to do it toed the line here. And Rai Benjamin topped them all.

The American was pushed by Norway's Karsten Warholm into the final 100, but Benjamin cruised over the final hurdle in stride, and sprinted away with gold, running 46.36.

No longer was gold elusive for Benjamin.

Warhol took silver in 47.06, while Brazil's Alison dos Santos took bronze in 47.26.

3:35 p.m EST: Men's Triple Jump Final

Jordan Alejandro Diaz Fortun became Spain's first to win gold in the triple jump, leaping to 17.86-meters.

Pedro Pichardo took silver in 17.84, while Andy Diaz Hernandez took bronze in 17.64.

3 p.m. EST: Women's 10,000 Final

Beatrice Chebet became the first woman in history to sweep the 5 and 10, and become Kenya's first to win gold in the event.

Chebet was the last to kick in this very tactical race, clocking 30:43.35 to claim her second gold of this Olympics. The shocker of the field was Italy's Nadia Battoecletti, who nearly kicked down Chebet to claim silver, running 30:43.45. Battoecletti's time was a new national record. Sifan Hassan took bronze in 30:44.

Hassan will have the quickest, and perhaps toughest turnaround, as she is slated to run the marathon in two days.

How It Played Out

The early pace was casual - Championships Style. The pack cruised through the opening kilometer in 3:12.

Rahel Daniel led the pack through 2k in 6:18, with all 25-finalist within four-seconds of her.

In a strange move, Daniel jogged off the track shortly after cruising through the 2k in the lead.

The pack hit the 3k in 9:27 with 22 runners within two-seconds.

No movement through the 4k, which the pack hit in 12:38 with all the favorites still in the mix.

With 12 laps to go Beatrice Chebet moved into third, as the favorites began to move up within the pack.

Kenya's Margaret Chemlimo Kipkemboi and Chebet were 1-2 with 10 laps to go while Team Ethiopia follow was hot on their heels.

Ethiopia's Tsigie Gebreselma took the lead with two miles to go.

The pace continued to hover around 3:01 per-kilometer, while all three Americans are lingered in the back of the lead pack.

Quick to slow - the pace is went back and forth as the pack headed into the final 2k.

13 - including all the favorites - were still in contention.

USA's Parker Valby briefly stormed to the front in the final mile.

Everyone was still in it at the bell - and then the kicks begin...

Chebet was the last to kick, and first to finish!

2:45 p.m. EST: Women's Shot Put Final

It was a throw for the ages for Belgium's Yemisi Ogunleye - she won gold with a throw of 20.00-meters. New Zealand's Madison-Lee Wesche, took silver in 19.86, while China's Jiayuan Song took bronze in 19.32.

2:35 p.m. EST: Women's Heptathlon 800 Final

Belgium's Nafissatou Thiam defended her Olympic title, becoming the first to win three consecutive gold medals in the event .

Thiam tallied 6,880 points to win gold, while Great Britain's Katatrina Johnson-Thompson claimed silver with 6,844 points, and Noor Vidts made it a Belgium 1-3, as she took bronze with 6,707.

Anna Hall - despite her heroic efforts in the 800 - finished fifth with 6,615 points.

How The 800 Played Out

Anna Hall was quick to the front. She would need every second to get her onto the podium - about 8.4 seconds to be exact.

Hall hit the bell in 59-seconds, while Katatrina Johnson-Thompson sat in second several seconds back.

Hall poured out the tank in the final 100 to win the 800 in 2:04.39, and then the clock started ticking.

Johnson-Thompson took second in 2:04.90. while Thiam hung on enough to finish six-seconds back to defend her overall title. Unfortunately for Hall Vidts was only two-seconds back.

The majority of the field ran personal bests off Hall's hot pace.

2:00 p.m. EST: Women's 400 Final

48.17 Olympic record for Marileidy Paulino!

A stellar field toed the line here, but Paulino was in a race of her own over the final 200.

It was pure domination.

Paulino's gold medal was the first for a woman from the Dominican Republican - across any event.

Salwa Eid Naser took silver in 48.53, while Natalie Kaczmarek took bronze in 48.98.

1:50 p.m. EST: Men's 4x100 Final

Canada wins gold!

Canada claimed gold from the outside lane, clocking 37.50, South Africa took silver in 37.57, and Great Britain took bronze in 37.61.

Once again, the US were plagued with mistakes, as they were Disqualified.

It had been 20 years since the US men medalled, and 24 since since they won gold. Now the Americans will have to wait another four years.

1:30 p.m. EST: Women's 4x100 Final

An iconic rainy Paris night started off Friday's events.

The US women brought 11 gold medals to the event, and toed the line with the fastest time from the semifinals.

41.78-seconds later, the US women made it 12 gold medals.

Sha'Carri Richardson's anchor took the US from bronze to gold in the final leg. Richardson added what's bound to be an iconic image, as she glanced over her right shoulder in the final meters for the coup de grace.

Great Britain to silver in 41.85, while Germany took bronze in 41.97.

The rain couldn't dampen any US celebrations.
