AUSTIN, TX – (March 18, 2025) – In preparation for the debut of its exclusive Wanda Diamond League coverage on FloSports, the company has tapped three-time Olympian and 2016 Olympic gold medalist in the 1500m, Matthew Centrowitz Jr., to bring his wealth of experience and insight to FloTrack coverage throughout the season. Centrowitz, known as “Centro” to his fans, will join FloTrack personalities as a guest expert on FloTrack’s coverage of the Wanda Diamond League, with a dedicated live show featuring in-depth analysis, event previews, and exclusive interviews with athletes.

Centrowitz will support his role on FloTrack with a full suite of social content that will include special tune-in messages, race recaps, and other pieces distributed before and after major events. He will also make monthly appearances on FloTrack’s studio shows to talk about the sport’s hottest topics.

Centrowitz’s decorated career includes a World Indoor Championship title, two World Outdoor Championship medals, and a reputation as one of the most tactically brilliant runners of his generation. His addition underscores FloSports’ commitment to delivering top-tier track and field content, further solidifying its place as the premier destination for fans of the sport.

“We’re beyond excited to have Centro join FloSports for our Diamond League coverage,” said Ryan Fenton, GM of FloTrack. “Our company has followed his career since it began and it’s an honor for us to partner with him as he transitions to a career off the track. His experience, knowledge, and passion for the sport will bring an entirely new level of insight to our audience. Couple all of that with one of the most exciting personalities in the sport, track and field fans are in for a real treat.”

Centrowitz added, “I'm thrilled to announce my involvement with FloTrack for the upcoming 2025 Diamond League season! After retiring, it was important for me to stay involved in the sport that gave me and my family so much and I couldn't think of a better platform and opportunity than covering the sport with FloTrack. Flo was just getting started at the start of my career in 2006 and my Dad was one of their first interviews. Fast forward almost 20 years, Flo remains a cornerstone in track and field media and specifically over the last year has made a significant effort to create content that connects the athletes to the fans. They pioneered this space by making track and field accessible, entertaining, and a sport of the people. We have so many innovative and exciting things in the pipeline this year -- and I can't wait to share with you all...stay tuned!”

FloSports acquired exclusive rights to stream and distribute Wanda Diamond League events live in the U.S. and its territories across its FloTrack channel starting in 2025 along with World Athletics Continental Tour Gold label events and World Athletics Indoor Tour Gold label events starting in 2024. These do not include domestic events held in the U.S.
