The Indoor World Track and Field Championships begin in the United States just after 10 p.m. ET on March 20 in the United States and bright and early on March 21 in Nanjing, China. 

It's the first time the best track and field athletes have gathered since in the 2024 Paris Olympics and it's the crescendo of the 2025 indoor track and field season as athletes begin to eye the intense summer schedule.

FloTrack is on the ground in China and will be updating fans on all the action all weekend, but the event is streaming live. Here's what to know. 

How To Watch The World Indoor Track And Field Championships?

The 2025 World Indoor Track and Field Championships will air live this weekend on Peacock. Additional coverage may be available on NBC and CNBC.

Peacock will show all of the action live, while any of the action airing on CNBC or NBC will be tape delayed.
