We are heading into the 2025 World Indoor Championships, which are underway in Nanjing, China. They start after 10:00 p.m. ET on starting on March 20 in the United States and continue into the morning in China until March 23.

Fans should be excited to watch this event as it is the first major global track and field competition in the 2024 Paris Olympics last summer, m. This means the best athletes the sport has to offer will be competing.

These championships are also the end of the 2025 indoor track and field season, which can put additional pressure on the athletes as they want to head into the summer on top.
