The 2025 Continental Tour Maurie Plant Meet will feature some of the biggest up-and-coming names in the track and field world, as well as 2024 Paris Olympic 200m gold medalist Letsile Tebogo. 

Tebogo is slated to highlight the men's 400m. He has already run that event three times this season. Recently, Tebogo posted a season best of 45.42, and he holds a personal best of 44.29.

Teen distance standouts Cameron Myers and Sam Ruthe are each slated to run the men's 1,500m. They'll be joined in a loaded field with Olli Hoare, Adam Spencer and Jack Anstey, among others. 

Sprint sensation Gout Gout will make an appearance in the 200m. The Australian superstar broke 20 seconds last week over the half-lap distance, running 19.98 (+3.6) to win the Queensland Athletic Championships.
