Last year at the Paris Olympics, Tebogo made history by winning the 200m, defeating American sprinters Kenny Bednarek and Noah Lyles, earning Botswana's first-ever Olympic gold medal.
Tebogo is known for his incredible versatility and is widely regarded as one of the best all-around sprinters in the world. His personal bests include 9.86 in the 100m, 19.46 in the 200m, and 44.29 in the 400m—all achieved last year. Notably, his 100m and 200m personal bests were set during the Paris Olympics.
Gout Gout of Australia is the newest sensation in sprinting. The 17-year-old made headlines when he ran a blistering 20.04 in the 200m, marking the second-fastest U18 time ever, behind only Erriyon Knighton. This remarkable feat has catapulted him into the global spotlight.
