So every running workout we had for our WOWs this college cross country season walked away with a conference title this weekend. Week 1 we had out long run with Stanford and the men and women took the Pac 10 titles today. The following week we did 1k repeats with the Villanova women, who scored 26 points to win the Big East today. Next we tempoed with Iona men and women and both they swept the MAAC titles on Friday. This past Wednesday, we did 800s with the Syracuse men on the Big East Course. They stepped up and defended their Big East crown.
