Every morning at the USA champs in Eugene, Ryan and the Flotrack crew will lead a running event for the whole Flo community: morning shake outs. You can roam the streets of Track Town with the coolest media team around, talking track and exploring the city. On Friday and Saturday, it gets even better: adidas will sponsor the event with some post-run food and bring out some of their athletes.

 

If you’re lucky enough to be in Eugene for this event, spectating or competing, you won’t want to miss this. If you don’t want to come, for some twisted reason, tell us why in the comments. And finally, for the rest of us (myself included) who will be watching this meet from our computers and TVs, there’s a third, wistful choice. If you were in Eugene, you’d totally be there at the run, right? Right.

The morning shake out run will take off at 8 a.m. every day from the Flotrack live pre-show set at the Sigma Chi Frat House.
