Flotracks Best of 2011 - Athlete To Watch Jordan McNamara
Jordan McNamara started small, but through his career has been exceeding everyones expectations..except his own. Transfering to Oregon after starting at Lane Community College, J Mac began to grown and many including the crew here at Flotrack are enthralled with his improvements and all around talent.
This Summer Jordan had a season that put him on the map as a liegitimate contedor for next years Olympic Squad. Our first glimpse of his talent was in a stacked 3k in Liege Belgium.

After a summer of setting PRs, Jordan is officially with Nike, and is no longer under anyone's radar. As Ryan and I discussed our candidates for athletes to watch, Jordan was both of our immediate first choice. There is something about him, and we will see it come trials time.
