FULL RESULTS
MEN: The No. 2 Syracuse men dominated the ACC for the third year in a row, going 2-4-5 and winning 46-95 over No. 14 NC State. Justyn Knight, Colin Bennie, and Martin Hehir led the way for the Orange. Hehir was going for his third conference title in two conferences--he's the defending ACC Champion and won the Big East as a freshman. But it was Knight and Virginia Tech's Thomas Curtin that duked it out after breaking away from the pack with a half mile to go. Knight made the first move on the straight-away, but Curtin stayed glued to his shoulder and powered away for a 1.3-second win in 23:23. It's Curtin's first cross country conference title after finishing second in cross two years ago and winning four conference titles on the track.
Behind Syracuse and NC State, No. 7 Virginia was third with 115 points and No. 25 Virginia Tech was fourth with 120.

WOMEN: Notre Dame's Molly Seidel and Anna Rohrer went 1-2 to become the first duo from the same team to do so in the ACC since Duke's Shannon Rowbury and Clara Horowitz did it in 2005. But it was No. 6 Virginia who pulled out a four-point win over No. 9 NC State. The performance was Virginia's first conference title since 1982, the same year the Cavalier women also won the NCAA Championship. Cleo Boyd's fourth-place finish and Iona Lake's 10th-place finish led the way for UVA, while Ryen Frazier and Rachel Koon were fourth and sixth for NC State.
Seidel, the upset 10K National Champion, opened up a gap just past halfway and was never challenged, winning easily in 19:36. Rohrer was thirty-two seconds behind, and no other woman finished within forty seconds. The No. 20 Notre Dame squad took third with 95 points.
