We developed a formula to rank the top 25 athletes in NCAA Division I track and field based on who will make the most impact at the 2016 NCAA Outdoor Championships in Eugene, Oregon. FloTrack's Week 3 Power Rankings have some big changes.
This week's men's rankings show the debut of BYU's Shaquille Walker who ran the fastest NCAA 800 since 2012, running 1:44.99 at the Sun Angel Classic.
On the women's side, most of the top women stayed put but we did see a new face join the top 25. Arizona's Sage Watson joined the ranks at #21 after running a world leading 55.45 in the 400H at the Jim Click Shootout.
