Which colleges have dominated America's biggest relay meet in the Obama years? We broke down the Penn Relays results from 2007-15 and created power rankings for every sprint relay (4x100, 4x200, 4x400, shuttle hurdles, sprint medley), every distance relay (4x8, 4xMile, distance medley), overall men's and women's programs, and combined programs.
A first-place finish in one race is worth 10 points; second place, 8 points; third place, 6; fourth place, 5; fifth, 4; sixth, 3; seventh, 2; and eighth, 1.
