FloTrack will live-stream the NJCAA DIII Outdoor Championships this Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from Howard County Community College in Columbia, Maryland. View the schedule here and watch the live stream here, starting at 2:15 PM ET on Thursday, May 11.

Women's 400m

When: Friday, 4 PM ET (Trial); Saturday, 12:30 PM ET (Final)
Who: Tatyana Mills
Why: Kingston, Jamaica, native Tatyana Mills has rewritten the record books at Kingsborough Community College this season after not competing in 2016. The sophomore ran 54.09 at the Florida Relays to break her own school record for 400m and lead the current NJCAA rankings by nearly four seconds! Marissa Jones of Mohawk Valley ranks No. 2 on the list with her PB of 57.74. Look for Mills to go for a sub-54-second clocking.

Mills is a quarter-mile specialist, and this title will be the crown jewel on what is likely to be a golden weekend. The official entry list isn't out yet, but she leads the NJCAA in the 200m (23.74, school record) and ranks No. 2 in the 100m (12.11). Expect to see her on relay duty, as well: the Kingsborough 4x100m has run 49.54 and the 4x400m ran 3:50.87 at Penn Relays, both of which are school records and rank No. 1 in the NJCAA.

Women's 4x100m

When: Thursday, 2:25 PM ET (Trials); Saturday, 12:00 PM ET (Final)
Who: Kingsborough Community College, Prince George's Community College
Why: Can PG pull an upset on Tatyana Mills' dream season with Kingsborough? The DIII NJCAA's top-ranked sprinter will have the toughest battle for gold in the 4x100m. Kingsborough clocked the league's season-best time of 49.54 at the Florida Relays, while PG ran 49.72 at Penn. Only Suffolk Community College is within a second of the NJCAA leaders (50.75 season best).

But anything can happen on championship day -- last year, PG and Suffolk went 1-2 in 48.69 and 48.94, respectively, and Kingsborough did not finish the race.

Men's 100m

When: Friday, 4:45 PM ET (Trials); Saturday, 9:15 AM ET (Semis); Saturday, 12:45 PM ET (Final)
Who: Lud Blair, Theodore Westcarr, Kendall Belser, Malik John, Mauriel Carty
Why: Montgomery College sophomore Lud Blair is out for redemption this year. At the 2016 NJCAA Championship, the New Jersey native ran the top time in the 100m trials and led his squad to the fastest 4x100m time in the relay prelims -- only to finish sixth in the 100m and second in the 4x100m in the finals. He also picked up a fourth place finish over 200m, but this year his best bet for that elusive title looks to be the shorter race. Blair owns the top time in the nation at 10.84, while he's ranked No. 8 in the 200m.

The field boasts three other sub-11 performers but no others under 10.9.

Men's 800m

When: Friday, 5:45 PM ET (Trials); Saturday, 1:45 PM ET (Final)
Who: Stephen Cadogan, Anija Addison, Shawn Rene, Noah Austin, Christy Andjalepou, Michael Warchol
Why: Can Kingsborough snag a 1-2-3 sweep in the men's 800m final? The New York community college's Stephen Cadogan and Anija Addison are far and away the class of the field with season-best marks of 1:54.75 and 1:55.63, but third place will be a battle between their teammate, Shawn Rene, and 1:59 performers Noah Austin of RC-Gloucester and Christy Andjalepou of PGCC.

Michael Warchol of Mohawk Valley will attempt to split up the Kingsborough jerseys. The defending NJCAA champion returns, and though his season-best effort is just 2:00.23, his all-time PB of 1:56.93 puts him in contention with the front-runners. Cadogan's biggest challenge will be returning to the track 10 minutes after competing in the 400m final.

Men's 400m

When: Friday, 4:15 PM ET (Trials); Saturday, 12:35 PM ET (Final)
Who: Stephen Cadogan, Brian Donna, Kailon Kirby, Noah Austin, Sean Ringgold
Why: If all goes to plan, Stephen Cadogan of Kingsborough will be competing for his first of two NJCAA titles here. The sophomore is top-ranked in the league with his season-best effort of 49.03, but watch out for Brian Donna of Roxbury. The freshman from Massachusetts is a talented multi-event athlete who recently clocked 49.10 in his first flat 400m in four years. Donna is the No. 1-ranked athlete in the men's 110m hurdles and 400m hurdles, plus a top seed in the javelin, pole vault, long jump, and high jump. There's a chance he focuses his talents elsewhere, but we hope he enters the 400m for a top-notch race versus Cadogan.
