Team Kenya Could Win The 4x4 At Worlds
It's been four years since Kenya sent a men's 4x400m team to the World Championship meet. In 2013, the Kenyan men ran 3:06.29 to finish seventh in their heat. Led by three NCAA freshmen this year, Kenya has a roster that could compete for a medal at the IAAF World Championships in August.

Team Kenya's potential roster:

2-Year PB Athlete NCAA School Meet Ran 2-Year PB
43.34 Emmanuel Korir UTEP 2017 NCAA West Prelim (4x4 Split)
44.76 Michael Saruni UTEP 2017 NCAA West Prelim (4x4 Split)
44.96 Alphas Kishoyan N/A 2016 Kenyan Olympic Trials
45.21 Raymond Kibet Tulane 2017 NCAA East Prelim

These four marks combined equal 2:58.27. That time would have been good for third, third, first, and third in the last four Olympic/World Championship 4x400 finals.
