It may sound like the name of a law firm, but Cranny, Monson and Rogers are actually America's three best distance women on the track. And just like they did on Thursday night here in the 10,000m at the Toyota USATF Outdoor Track & Field Championships at Hayward Field at the University of Oregon, Elise Cranny (Nike Bowerman TC), Alicia Monson (On Athletics Club) and Natosha Rogers (Puma Elite Running), finished one-two-three in the 5000m here tonight on the fourth and final day of these championships. Running 14:52.66, 14:55.10 and 14:55.39, respectively, the trio enjoyed a comfortable gap over the field and earned additional team spots for the World Athletics Championships in Budapest next month.

The 2023 USA Track and Field Outdoor Championships came to a close on Sunday as athletes qualified for Team USA and won national championships at Hayward Field in Eugene, Oregon.
A year after injury kept her off the U.S. team, Gabby Thomas came back to Hayward Field and reasserted herself atop the women’s 200m podium.

With fast finishes, Nikki Hiltz and Yared Nuguse took home the national 1500m titles tonight on the penultimate day of the 2023 Toyota USATF Outdoor Championships at Hayward Field at the University of Oregon. Hiltz, 25, who represents lululemon and trains in Flagstaff, Ariz., used a final burst of speed to win their first outdoor national title in 4:03.10. Nuguse, 24, who trains with the On Athletics Club in Boulder, Colo., had to come from behind in the homestretch to win his first national title in 3:34.90. Both athletes earned spots on Team USATF for the World Athletics Championships in Budapest next month.
The final day of the 2023 USATF Outdoor Championships begins on 7 p.m. EST at Hayward Field in Eugene, Oregon as one of the biggest track meets in the world concludes and the Team USA is set for the world championships in August.
The penultimate day of the 2023 USATF Outdoor Track and Field Championships included one of the premier showdowns in track as star Sydney McLaughlin-Levrone and up-and-coming star Britton Wilson competed in the women's 400 m at Heyward Field in Eugene, Oregon.
Sydney McLaughlin-Levrone produced another all-time performance at Hayward Field, this time in the 400m where the 23-year-old ran 48.74 to smash her lifetime best and move just .04 seconds behind Sanya Richards-Ross’ American record.
The finals pick up on Friday at the 2023 USATF Outdoor Championships with the women's 400m and men's 1500m among the top races to watch. Also, there are finals in the men's 400m, women's 1500m, men's and women's steeplechase and women's 100m hurdles.
