Floski Zac sits down with Tavaris Tate to talk about his successful freshman campaign. So far this year Tate has already run sub-45 in the 400 and also won a gold medal at the indoor World Championships (4x400). Tate is just one of the many in a stacked 400 meter field this year in the NCAA. We didn't get to see him indoors against the likes of Lawrence, James, Pinder, Henry, etc.... but you best believe he'll be ready to square off with them this outdoor season.
