We caught up with Charles Hicks at the 2023 Cross Champs in Austin, Texas after his 4th-place finish. Hicks ran 22:15.00 for 8k. We talked to him about the race, his goals for 2024, and what it's been like training with Bowerman Track Club during the recent changes in team dynamics.
