UW La Crosse - 1000 Workout
Battling wind from all directions, the UW-L men’s cross country team hit the intramural fields on campus for some 1000-meter repeats. Following the 1000’s they moved to the track to pump out some 400 reps at a controlled pace. This week has been a chilly one thus far in La Crosse with temps dipping down into the low 40’s, making the conditions great for workouts.
