St. Vincent College Workout
I decided to try my hand at editing and made a workout wednesday style video for my D3 school in Latrobe, PA. The workout starts out with a 2.5 mile run to the local high school track, then 1000m at 5k race pace on the track, 15 minute tempo run on the track in the opposite direction, then 1000m at 5k race pace. Cool down is another 2.5 miles back to campus.
