Emma Coburn smooth with few steeple races into the final at 2012 US Olympic Trials

After running in the 2011 World Championship final, Emma Coburn made it clear in 2012 that her focus was the Olympic Games. Coburn red shirted her NCAA season, but showed her face in a few professional races, running 4:09 for 1500, and a huge steeple PR of 9:24. Coming into the final on Thursday she is a definite favorite, and looks to keep with the CU steepling tradition.
