English Gardner going back to Cali to new coach for training before London and Moscow
English Gardner had her first real test on the World scene this past weekend at the Paris Diamond League, but it wasn't what she had probably expected. Gardner, who we've seen dominate the second half of 100 meter races state side did just the opposite. When next to the Olympic champ, Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce, Gardner did not have the gears in the middle to compete. She faded to 5th in 11.13 (Fraser-Pryce went on to win in 10.92). Gardner looks to regroup before heading into her final competitions and then on to the World Championships in Moscow.
