Tanguy Pepiot the new Frenchman from Oregon wins open race at PreNats 2013

The long awaited debut of the new unknown Frenchman in Eugene finally happened this past weekend. All we knew was he ran an 8:33 steeplechase, but rest was a mystery. Pepiot won the open race in Terre Haute looking comfortable in 24:45 (see race here...it good enough for 118th in the Blue race and would have been Oregon's #7).
