Kemoy Campbell Stanley Kebenei straight chilling in 1, 2 finish South Central Cross Country Regional Championships 2013

A win at the Regional Champion is nice, but the goal first and foremost is to qualify for the Big Dance. The Arkansas Razorbacks are looking to move back into the top five as a team at NCAAs, but Kemoy Campbell has some individual goals on his mind as well. Although Texas Tech's Kennedy Kithuka wants to go sub-28 in Terre Haute, Campbell can only worry about himself. An individual title may seem impossible, but Campbell has been tested only once the whole year and is unsure of where he's truly at race-wise. That one loss? To Kithuka at the Chile Pepper Invitational. A conservative race at the South Central Regional will help the Jamaican 5k record holder come up with something big this Saturday.
