Workout Wednesday: Pace Simulation with Princeton
As we continue our "Run to Terre Haute" series, we take a look at the Princeton Tigers. We caught up with Coach Vigilante and his men as they work on different pace simulations. They run this workout off "feeling good," not necessarily hitting exact paces or distances. Fresh off their Heps win, the Tigers go into regionals with hopes of securing a spot in Terre Haute. September 4th. Workout: 2 big loops of the XC course (roughly 4 miles) cutdown style (2nd loop faster than the first) 1 mile jog to the golf course Group 1: 8x 1 min (cutdown) Group 2: 3k tempo (cutdown)
