Well Wishes For Paula Radcliffe Before London Marathon

Paula Radcliffe receives word she is this year's London Marathon lifetime achievement award winner and receives well wishes from British running luminaries Sebastian Coe, Steve Cram and Dave Bedford before embarking on her final race here on Sunday.
