Justin Gallegos doesn’t let anything get in the way of his goals—not even cerebral palsy. So when he says he wants to attend the University of Oregon despite out-of-state tuition costs, he's bound to find a way.

FloTrack caught up with the track runner from Hart High School to hear about his dream, and talk about the campaign he set up to help pay for the out-of-state tuition costs to attend Oregon.
