We meet up with the team from the University of the Incarnate Word in San Antonio, Texas to film one of their staple repeat 1K sessions. The team finished 4th last year in the South Central region and returns all of its top five. This year they look to make a statement and claim one of the two auto qualifiers out of the region and lock into Nationals in Madison, Wisconsin later this fall.
