Robby Andrews won NCAA titles in the 800 meters using his devastating kick. Increased volume and strength are crucial parts of his training as a pro, and tempo work is often prescribes by coach Jason Vigilante. Pacing a 10k was in order this spring, and Vig asked Robby to run "faster and further than ever before."
