Deena Kastor's Oval of Dreams

In October of 2012, the town of Mammoth Lakes, CA proudly welcomed a new landmark to its community. Located at 7000 feet, a 400 meter track with a synthetic field opened for everyone to use. The driving forces behind the project were Deena and Andrew Kastor. The Kastors took time during Deena's World Championship marathon preparation to talk about the facility, how it came to be, and their vision for its future use.
