NCAA XC is here and there is no escaping them! Lawi LaLang and Stephen Sambu will soon be destroying course records near you. A Repeat for Lawi is a lock right? We thought Lawi was invincible until the end of the track season, then we saw what we thought might be a chink in the phenoms armor. This year he is out to hush doubters and we were on hand to see one of his first rust- busting workouts of the season. WORKOUT (Fartleks/interval combo): 10 mins on, 2 easy 8 mins on, 2 easy 6 mins on, 2 easy 4 mins on, 2 easy 2 mins on (38 mins total running)
