On a warm, overcast morning in Seattle, the Brooks Beasts get in one of the final hard workouts before USA’s. Matt Hillenbrand join Garrett Heath and Riley Masters as they grind out repeat 1000’s and a 400m breakdown. Matt’s workout was modified after a mid-season schedule change.
