Catching Up With Ryan Sheridan Before Opening at Paul Short

After placing 12th at lat year's NCAA cross country meet and winning the Northeast regional, Iona Junior Ryan Sheridan was sidelined with a back problem that kept him off the track. Healthy now and ready to take on his RS Junior year, Sheridan catches us up on the past couple weeks. He plans to open up this weekend at Paul Short. It is his first race in over half a year and Flotrack will be there.
