Joe Douglas, founder of Santa Monica Track Club

Joe Douglas founded the Santa Monica Track club in 1972 and has been the head coach ever since. He has coached hundreds of athletes including Carl Lewis, Leroy Burrell, Danny Everett, Steve Lewis, Johnny Gray, Jenny Spangler, and Carol Lewis among others.
