Perennially one of the top sprint high schools in the country with alumni like Sholonda Solomon and Bryshon Nellum, Long Beach Poly always produces top notch talent. They have even begun to dominate the 800, producing one of the nations top girls 4x8 squads this spring. In this workout before CIF Finals, the sprinters work on acceleration and hand-offs, while the 800 crew focuses on their form and staying controlled.
