Cory Leslie started the season on fire with a win over Leo Manzano in a 3:58 mile at Kansas relay. He then followed it up with an 11 second steeple PR, an 8:20 and A standard. Leslie looked to have a legit shot for Moscow but ended up 10th in the final and found himself on the outside.
