Andrew Benford has regained the passion
Jan 10, 2013
When you graduate, everyone has to answer the big question of, "What do I do now?" Richmond alumnus Andrew Benford spent a year as the volunteer assistant the University of Richmond, but it didn't totally fill the void. Something was amiss. Now, he's found the right group to train with, he's overcome some tough injuries, and he's rekindled his passion for running. If you're a HS 9:30 two-miler / 4:20 miler or a recent college grad and you're trying to figure out if running is worth it, consider Benford's advice.
