Tariku Bekele explains the Ethiopian system and shares his brother's chances

It's been a rough season for the Bekele brothers. Tariku ran up front most of the way in Lausanne but faded late. Tariku had been injured earlier in the season and has missed his chance to make the Ethiopian team for Moscow. His brother, Kenenisa, is not much better off. After winning the Prefontaine Classic 10k (we thought was the Ethiopian 10k trial race) many other Ethiopians have run faster than him in both the 10000 and 5000 meters. Right now it doesn't look like Kenenisa will get in and here Tariku gives his thoughts.
