Join the ladies of Ft. Collins high school as they hit the hills outside of town. Last year, the Lambskins finished 6th at NXN, this year with Senior Erin Hooker leading the charge, the girls are looking for a big day in Portland. The Workout is individually paced, 2x2.5mile loop, hard up the hills, easy on the flats.
