Workout Wednesday: #2-Ranked Great Oak Charges Through Hill Repeats

MileSplit joined the Flo50 No. 2-ranked Great Oak boys and No. 3-ranked girls earlier this season to film a hill repeat workout; both varsity squads are coming off wins at the Clovis Invitational and looking to continue their success this weekend at the Mt. SAC Invitational.
The Warm-Up:
Jog two laps of athletic fields (approx. 800m)
Leg Swings
Drills/ Speed ladders and form work
"Hit" - Combination of jogging mixed with all-out sprints for a specific amount of time.
Core
The Workout:
1-mile warmup to the hills
10 reps for varsity; seven reps for freshmen
1-mile cool down back to campus
