Workout Wednesday: HS Sophomore Olympic Trials Qualifier Sophia Gorriaran Broken 500s

High school sophomore and US Olympic trials qualifier in the 800m, Sophia Gorriaran was in Austin, Texas for winter break, MileSplit we caught up with the Rhode Island native during one of her workouts. The sophomore ran five times broken 500-meter sets. She ran the broken rep with a 300m followed by a 200m.
