Coach Will Palmer leads the #16 ranked Florida Gator women into the 2024 NCAA Cross Country Championships with the individual favorite for the second year in a row. After coaching Parker Valby to a National title, he brings Hilda Olemomoi to the championships as year's favorite. Olemomoi finished 4th at the championships a year ago while at Alabama and went on to finish runner up in both the 5k and 10k at the NCAA Outdoor Championships behind Valby.
UNC coach Chris Miltenburg took the job in Chapel Hill and convince a young group of runners to come together to build something special. This core group ranks #8 in the country heading into the 2024 NCAA Cross Country Championships. Top runner Parker Wolfe, who won the NCAA Outdoor 5k title and nearly made the U.S. Olympic team, comes into the meet having dealt with injuries and missing 3 weeks of runner.
