Elliott Heath was one of the hottest American distance runners during the first half of 2011. Fast times and a national title indoors led to tough racing and 13:26.14 in the 5k outdoors. Unfortunately his stellar season ended in disappointment at the NCAA Outdoor Championships. Now Elliott is back to training with his eyes on tough training to prepare for the Olympic year.
