Lawi Lalang ok with loss and continuing to learn after 2012 NCAA XC Champs

Lawi Lalang came into the NCAA Championships as the overwhelming favorite to win his second consecutive title, but a guy named Kennedy Kithuka had something to say about it. Lawi ended up third in the race behind Kithuka and teammate Steven Sambu. Almost most would be disappointed, Lawi is accepting of defeat because he says its a great opportunity to learn. If he was alone and winning all the time he would not get new experiences in running. He is greatful for his competitors and looking forward to running fast times on the track.
