Women's 1500 Meters (Special and University)
Hard to say which was more impressive ... Jenny Simpson winning the elite section of the women's 1500 or Stephanie Morgan, sophomore from Illinois dominating the 1500 University/College section.
Both were impressive displays. Barringer finished in 4:09, beating a field that included Treniere Moser-Clement, Gabriele Anderson and Heather Dorniden (former University of Minnesota 800 standout). Simpson's time was nowhere near her PR (3:59 from 2009), but it should be a great sharpener as she gears up for USA and (potential) World competition.

Men's Mile Run Special
Boaz Lalang won over a deep field, including American Record holder, Alan Webb. Lalang won for the second year in a row. This time Boaz had just enough to hold off Pete van der Westhuizen, Chris O'Hare and Webb ... who all finished in 3:58!
Lalang avenged a Tuesday defeat, in which Alan Webb kicked to a win at the Grand Blue Mile.
